Role Description The Plant Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations in a sustainable packaging and branding environment. This role includes managing daily production activities, supervising production teams, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and environmental standards. The Plant Head will coordinate production planning, monitor resource utilization, and optimize workflows to meet delivery timelines and cost targets. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining quality control processes, managing plant budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional departments, compliance with certifications and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and sustainability within the plant.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Operations and Production Management to oversee overall manufacturing activities and lead plant teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess proven expertise in Production Planning and Budgeting to optimize resources, manage costs, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control skills to maintain product standards, support certification compliance, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Relevant experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries, particularly in sustainable or eco-friendly production environments, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in operations or quality management are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage diverse teams on-site.
- Demonstrated ability to implement safety, environmental, and compliance standards in line with ISO, FSC®, and other relevant certifications.
