Kesari Alloys Pvt Ltd is looking for a powerhouse Techno-Commercial Plant Head to run our state-of-the-art facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. If you have deep steel manufacturing roots combined with sharp business acumen, we want you to run our plant like your own business.
- 💰 CTC: ₹60 LPA
- 📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
- 🏭 Facility: 80,000 MT/year capacity (20T Induction Furnace, LRF, VD, Annealing)
✨ The Role
As the single-point owner of the plant, you will bridge the gap between heavy engineering and financial governance, driving P&L profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L Ownership: Manage budgeting, cost controls, and plant profitability.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
- Efficiency & Yield: Optimize capacity utilization and drive scrap-to-billet yield improvements.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards across ISO 9001/14001/45001, IBR, and PED.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary face for management, banks, auditors, and key clients.
💼 What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 20+ years in steel, metals, or heavy manufacturing.
- Track Record: Proven stint as a Plant/Business Head with direct P&L accountability.
- Technical Roots: Hands-on exposure to melt shops, furnace operations, and plant economics.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering preferred.
