Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head based in Bengaluru. The Plant Head will manage day-to-day plant operations, oversee production planning, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and manage production timelines and budgets. The role involves strategizing and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. The Plant Head will also lead and support a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Budgeting
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes and standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or machinery sector is highly desirable
