Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head located in Delhi, India. The Plant Head will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and managing production processes. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient operations, meeting production goals within the defined budgets, and maintaining high standards for product quality and workplace safety. Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance will also be key areas of focus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plant Operations and Production Management skills
- Experience in Production Planning and meeting efficiency targets
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards
- Expertise in Budgeting and resource allocation for optimized production
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
