Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Plant Head and Production Head - Steel Structure, based in Ambala. The role involves overseeing plant operations, managing production planning, ensuring quality control, and maintaining adherence to budgets. The individual will work closely with teams to manage production processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met across all operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and Production Management to ensure seamless day-to-day functions and optimize operational efficiency.
• Expertise in Production Planning and Budgeting to effectively allocate resources and manage costs.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards to ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the steel structure industry or similar field will be an advantage.
