🚨 We’re Hiring: Plant Head – Quarry & Crusher Operations
Maya Aggregate Co. is looking for a Plant Head who can take complete ownership of our quarry and crusher plant operations.
This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for production, cost control, safety, and compliance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and achieve daily, weekly & monthly production targets
• Control operational costs (fuel, wear parts, power, manpower)
• Ensure smooth coordination: Quarry → Plant → Dispatch
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance & quality control
• Minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency
👷 Teams Reporting to You:
• Quarry Operations (Mining Engineer, Supervisors, Operators)
• Crusher Plant Operations
• Maintenance Team (Mechanical, Fitters, Welders)
• Dispatch & Logistics
• Safety & Quality
🎓 Qualifications:
• Expertise in plant operations, including quarry and crusher activities
• Strong production planning and production management skills
• Knowledge of quality control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in quarry, crusher, or construction materials industry preferred
