Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant General Manager, based in Chandigarh, India. The Plant General Manager will oversee and manage daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, leading cross-functional teams, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves fostering a culture of operational excellence and driving overall business objectives within the plant.
Ideal Profile:
• 12–18+ years in food processing / FMCG manufacturing
• Strong exposure to RTC/RTE, frozen foods, preferred
• Proven experience in handling large-scale, automated plants
• Preferably strong understanding of QSR requirements from a supplier standpoint
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
