Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Finance Controller, located in the Pune Division. The Plant Finance Controller will oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing plant performance, managing cost controls, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the manufacturing sector
- Experiance in working capital and Treasury management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead financial strategies
- Proficient in financial software tools and ERP systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous
- Experience in the manufacturing or environmental solutions industry is a plus
