Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to oversee the maintenance, performance, and availability of construction plant and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Manage maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
- Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction machinery
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
