Job Title: Planning & Operations Analyst
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Pune/Jaipur

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities: • Collect, validate, and consolidate supply chain data; ensure accuracy and consistency across ERP systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS)
• Track end-to-end material flow across suppliers, plants, warehouses, and customers (domestic & international)
• Support selected operational activities across sourcing, order management, and logistics execution • Assist planning teams with data preparation, validation, and forecast vs. actual analysis
• Prepare reports and dashboards; analyse KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, and fill rate
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Basic understanding of supply chain processe
Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 Years of experience in P2P or O2C process.
• SAP ERP experience is desirable.
