- Planning and managing the business performance
- Prepare monthly/periodic reports (Credit & Collection Department).
- Set up/revise and calculate KPIs for other departments (Credit & Collection Department).
- Coordinate with related departments to set up, revise and improve the function to meet user’s requirements.
- Coordinate and gather comments from other departments, review, revise and set up necessary policies for business activities.
- Analyze data and contribute proposals to support top management in controlling credit risk and collection activities.
- Other tasks as required/directed by Management
