🚨 We're Hiring | Planning & MIS Engineer | Chennai
Alamo XS Real is looking for a dynamic Planning & MIS Engineer to join our Construction team in Chennai.
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor and update project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight delays.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for management review.
- Monitor project productivity, manpower, materials and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with site execution, procurement and commercial teams for planning inputs.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery schedules and project status reports.
- Analyze project performance, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support budgeting, cost tracking and project monitoring activities.
- Prepare management presentations and project review reports.
- Ensure timely reporting of project KPIs and milestones.
Requirements
✅ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Construction Planning & MIS.
✅ Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (preferred).
✅ Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
✅ Experience in residential real estate projects will be an added advantage.
