Job Summary:
We are seeking a Planning & Material Matching Engineer responsible for production planning, material availability tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow without shortages or delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on confirmed sales orders.
- Perform material matching to ensure raw material and components availability as per production plan.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Production departments to resolve material shortages.
- Monitor SAP stock status and track pending PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders).
- Follow up on material-related issues to prevent production delays.
- Maintain MIS reports related to production planning and material status.
- Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for material or planning-related issues.
- Ensure smooth production flow and timely order execution.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Production Planning & Material Matching concepts
- Working experience in SAP system
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years Experience in sheet metal fabrication
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanica
