The Project
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develops detailed plans considering logistics and project constraints.
- Interfaces with project teams, contributing to progress reporting.
- Reviews and captures productivity to track performance.
- Communicates effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Embeds sustainable design and procurement in programmes.
- Integrates health and safety into project delivery.
- Establishes and oversees work plans and deadlines.
- Coordinates team activities, supporting net zero carbon transition.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in civil.
- Experience in the relevant field.
