Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team for Industrial Construction Projects at Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and maintain project master schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
✅ Develop project baselines, WBS, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
✅ Monitor project progress and analyze planned vs. actual performance.
✅ Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis reports.
✅ Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
✅ Track critical activities and ensure adherence to contractual timelines.
✅ Support tendering and pre-construction teams with planning inputs and schedule preparation.
✅ Conduct progress review meetings and provide management with project status updates.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
✔ Experience in Industrial Construction Projects
✔ Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring
✔ Knowledge of Resource Planning, Cash Flow & Project Controls
✔ Proficiency in MIS Reporting and Delay Analysis
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
🎓 Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🎓 PMP / Primavera Certification will be an added advantage
