Role Description The Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This position is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for construction and logistics projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, site engineers, procurement, and management to collect progress data, analyze project status, and recommend corrective actions where needed. The Planning Manager will prepare regular progress reports, resource forecasts, and performance metrics, and support risk assessment and mitigation planning. The role also involves optimizing workflows, improving planning processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Ability to analyze data, track progress, and prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in construction, infrastructure, or logistics environments.
- Solid understanding of resource planning, cost control, and risk management principles.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a planning, project control, or project management role, preferably in construction or logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or project management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate closely with field teams, and adapt to changing project priorities.
