Role : To lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination for
a largescale Cell and Module Manufacturing Greenfield
Responsibilities
Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Lead civil planning across earthwork, foundations, structures, utilities, roads, and
infrastructure packages.
Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, resource plans, and sequencing aligned with
execution strategy.
Track progress, identify delays, assess risks, and implement corrective action
plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
teams for schedule alignment.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, delay analysis, and management
presentations.
Support claims, EoT justifications, and schedule impact assessments.
Required Experience
12–15 years of experience in civil project planning/scheduling for large industrial
projects.
Mandatory: Experience in Greenfield industrial construction, preferably Cell and
Module Manufacturing / Semiconductor / Renewable / Hightech facilities.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
