Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Planning Manager to join our team on-site at our Mohali location. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, monitoring timelines, and ensuring resource optimization. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and preparing detailed schedules and reports. This role plays an essential part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and planning skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in analytical tools and a strategic approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with real estate development processes and regulations (preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project planning or a similar role
