Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Planning Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing project plans, preparing budgets, managing timelines, and coordinating with various teams to achieve project objectives. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The Planning Manager will also monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management, driving efficiency across all stages of project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and preparing budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
- Excellent coordination and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience in adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance.
- Proven skills in monitoring project progress and reporting to management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software/tools is advantageous.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is beneficial.
