Role Description
The Planning Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include overseeing the project planning process to ensure timely and efficient execution, preparing project schedules and resource allocations, monitoring project timelines, and identifying risks or delays with corresponding mitigation strategies. The Planning Manager will provide reports on project progress, coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management
- Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Time Management, and Workflow Optimization
- Experience in Team Coordination, Communication, and Leadership
- Knowledge of Construction Standards, Regulations, and Best Practices
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
