Role Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, manpower estimation, and monitoring of refinery maintenance and turnaround activities for static equipment and piping works. The role involves preparation and control of detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and coordination with site execution teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update routine maintenance & TA schedules using Primavera P6.
• Plan and coordinate activities for static and rotary equipment’s.
• Prepare manpower estimation, resource planning & loading in Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and support recovery planning
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in refinery maintenance, shutdown, or turnaround planning activities in Oil & Gas industries
- Basic maintenance and inspection knowledge of static equipment and piping systems
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
