Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Planning Executive role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Planning Executive will oversee production processes, coordinate with various departments for achieving efficiency, and ensure an effective planning system is in place to meet delivery deadlines. Responsibilities include analyzing production requirements, creating schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role demands proactive communication with teams to meet performance benchmarks and fulfill customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage production schedules and deadlines effectively
- Ability to analyze data, forecast requirements, and prepare resource allocation plans
- Experience with production processes, workflow management, and operational efficiency
- Strong team coordination and communication abilities to work closely with multiple departments
- Proficiency with technological tools and systems for managing production and scheduling
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and fashion industry trends is highly desirable
- Educational qualifications in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in planning, resource management, or a similar role in the apparel industry is a plus
