Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the Planning & Estimation Head – Building Projects. The role involves overseeing project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, developing budgets, managing resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing leadership for the planning and estimation team. The candidate will also ensure compliance with industry standards, stakeholder expectations, and project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Planning and organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for accurate project estimation and decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Finance and budgeting to ensure cost-effective project management.
- Customer Service orientation to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
- Proven experience in managing construction or building projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; an advanced degree in project management or construction is a plus.
