🚨 Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer/Planning Manager – Large Scale EPC Project

📍 Location: Jharkhand

🏗️ Project: 1500 Crore Medical Hospital Project

We are hiring for a mega EPC hospital project (₹1500 Cr) with a long-term execution timeline of 4 years. This role offers strong project exposure, stability, and career growth in large-scale commercial construction.

🧠 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer who has handled large-value EPC / commercial building projects and can independently manage end-to-end planning & monitoring.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop & manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Prepare baseline, catch-up, and recovery schedules
• Monitor critical path, delays, and milestones
• Generate S-curves, MIS, dashboards, and progress reports
• Coordinate with Site, Billing, QS, and Procurement teams
• Drive weekly & monthly review planning meetings
• Support resource planning & forecasting

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–12 Years in EPC / Commercial Building Projects
• Must have handled high-value projects (₹300 Cr+ preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or MSP
• Experience in Hospital / Institutional / High-rise projects is a plus
• Ability to work in a site-driven, fast-paced environment
