Job Title: Planning Engineer

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Planning Engineer with experience in production planning and coordination within a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have good knowledge of ERP systems, reporting, and
production workflow management.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Experience in Production Planning & Scheduling in manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and production planning modules
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery schedules
• Maintain planning records, MIS reports, and follow-up activities
• Understanding of inventory planning and material coordination
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats
• Ability to handle production follow-ups and planning activities independently
Preferred Skills:
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of CNC machining / production workflow is an added advantage
• ERP knowledge such as Odoo / SAP preferred
