Role Description
The Planning Engineer - Civil role at Vistaram Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Planning Engineer will oversee the creation and management of project schedules, coordinate production planning, and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing project strategies, ensuring resource optimization, and maintaining project controls to meet deadlines and quality standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and team members to address planning and progress issues is also a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Planning and Project Control to effectively manage project timelines and milestones.
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Analytical Skills to ensure resource optimization and operational efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and management effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management and planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are a plus.
- Previous experience in industrial, residential, or infrastructure development projects is an advantage.
