*Planning Engineer* with 3+ years of work experience in *luxury residential projects* required for a *reputed real estate developer* based in *Andheri (West)* , Mumbai
*Candidates with experience in luxury high-rise residential projects will be preferred*
JD:
* Prepare and maintain *baseline project schedules* using Primavera / MS Project for residential construction projects
* Monitor *weekly and monthly site progress* against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations
* Prepare *progress reports, dashboards, and MIS updates* highlighting project status, risks, and corrective actions
* Coordinate with *site engineers, contractors, and consultants* to ensure timely execution of project activities
* Track *material availability, manpower deployment, and key construction milestones* to support project timelines
* Develop *look-ahead schedules, manpower histograms, cash flow projections, and concrete liquidation plans*
* Identify potential delays, assist with *EOT documentation, recovery planning, and mitigation strategies* to maintain project schedules
Salary *upto Rs 6 lakhs per annum* (can be increasesd slightly)
