Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Planning Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Planning Engineer will oversee project timelines, develop effective planning strategies, monitor production schedules, and ensure optimal project controls. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, estimating project resources, and fostering clear communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- candidate should have experience in MS Projects, Primavera P6.
- Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning to manage project schedules and workflows effectively.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions.
- Experience in Project Control, including budget monitoring, risk assessment, and performance measurement.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate development or construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic project needs.
