🚨 Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer/Planning Manager – Large Scale EPC Project
📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

🧠 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer who has handled large-value EPC / commercial building projects and can independently manage end-to-end planning & monitoring.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop & manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Prepare baseline, catch-up, and recovery schedules
- Monitor critical path, delays, and milestones
- Generate S-curves, MIS, dashboards, and progress reports
- Coordinate with Site, Billing, QS, and Procurement teams
- Drive weekly & monthly review planning meetings
- Support resource planning & forecasting
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–12 Years in EPC / Commercial Building Projects
- Must have handled high-value projects (₹300 Cr+ preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or MSP
- Experience in Hospital / Institutional / High-rise projects is a plus
- Ability to work in a site-driven, fast-paced environment
