Job Title: Planning Engineer (Fresher)
Site/Work Location: Ranchi / Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Planning Engineers (Freshers) to join our construction project teams. The candidate will assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely and efficient execution of building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project schedules using planning tools (Primavera / MS Project)
- Monitor project progress and track daily/weekly activities
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Support in resource planning (manpower, materials, machinery)
- Identify delays and assist in mitigation planning
- Maintain proper documentation of project timelines and updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech-Civil, M.E / M.Tech in Construction Management or Construction Technology & Management (Mandatory)
- Strong interest in project planning and construction management
- Basic knowledge of planning software (Primavera / MS Project preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to relocate and travel as per project requirements
- Tamil candidates preferred
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹40,000 per month
- Air travel allowance (one round trip every 3 months)
