Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Planning Engineer at Toolcon Systems. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines and customer expectations. This includes monitoring project progress, analyzing workflow processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. The role involves managing project controls to ensure milestones and deliverables are met efficiently while delivering consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning
• Proficiency in Project Control and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively
• High attention to detail and ability to optimize workflows
• Familiarity with design and planning software such as Catia or Unigraphics is an advantage
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
