Job Role:-

  1. Planning of material procurement for projects.
  2. Cash flow charts preparation & tracking
  3. PFS & updating costs every quarter.
  4. Tender document study, claim management & follow up for correspondence with Department.
  5. Review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site every month & follow up for achievement of target.
  6. Revision in planning & find out bottle necks in the progress of project execution.
  7. Preparation of Budget & follow-up for achievement
  8. Bill tracking for cash flow.
  9. Arranging Bought out material of project in coordination with Purchase Department.
  10. Sub-contractors management with PQ
  11. Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.

Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
