Job Overview
We are looking for a Planning Engineer with strong experience in MS Project (MSP) scheduling, along with expertise in billing, planning, and estimation for commercial, institutional and residential construction projects.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project (MSP)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Baseline development
- Resource loading
- Responsibility coding
- Schedule integration
- Critical path analysis
- Variance tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and control Master Project Schedules
- Monitor contractual milestones across Design, Procurement & Construction
- Conduct schedule reviews, delay analysis & risk identification
- Integrate multi-contractor schedules
- Support PMO reporting, governance & project controls
