Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Engineer, based in Bhuj. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating and overseeing detailed project timelines and schedules, coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, and managing resources effectively. Daily tasks will include project planning, monitoring project progress, updating schedules, and preparing reports. The role also entails ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and monitoring skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools
- Knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and infrastructure project execution
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus
- Prior experience in project planning for construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
