🌍 Digital Planning & Construction Engineer (On-Site)
Location: Anantapur City & Anantapur SS
Type: Full-time | On-site
Working Days: 6 days/week
Accommodation: Provided by client
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
🔑 Role Overview
This hybrid role combines planning expertise with digital construction engineering, enabling you to drive efficiency, innovation, and transformation on live projects. You will be the bridge between project teams and cutting-edge digital tools, ensuring seamless planning, monitoring, and execution.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for client projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using MSP/P6/Asta/Vico.
- Capture daily progress updates and integrate with BIM for 4D visualization.
- Execute drone flights/360° site captures for digital project monitoring.
- Deliver training sessions (Web & Mobile App) and create user guides/manuals.
- Build dashboards in PowerBI to support project decision-making.
- Collaborate with client teams to improve participation and adoption of digital tools.
- Assist in developing specifications for new features and share best practices.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in construction project planning & execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of project management tools and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Drone Pilot license is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
