Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer based in Faridabad. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules, ensuring efficient production planning, analyzing project data, and maintaining project control measures. The role requires active coordination with various teams to communicate timelines, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Planning and Production Planning to create, monitor, and adjust schedules effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Project Control to evaluate project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients proactively
- Proven track record in managing civil engineering or construction projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
