- PG-ACM preferred

- Soft skills - Communication, Adaptability, Analytical & Strategic thinking.
- Industry-specific knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule Management – Develop, maintain and updating of the Project Plan, schedule with resource mapping using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitoring & Controlling – Monitoring critical project activity planning, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery, Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress of works.
- Reporting – Preparation of DPR/WPR/MPR and other related MIS reports, Provide regular updates and reports to the Project management.
- Delay Analysis & EOT – Prepare Delay Analysis report and EOT application, critical path analysis, flag issues at early date.
- Coordination- Ensure seamless coordination with Sub-contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project objectives.
