Civil Planning Engineer (High-Rise Residential)

Are you an expert at turning site data into actionable schedules? We are looking for a result-oriented Civil Planning Engineer to join our team for a major high-rise residential project in Mumbai.
In the world of high-rise construction, every slab cycle counts. We need someone who can master the timeline and keep our project moving upward with precision.
📍 Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel to create trackers, S-curves, and progress dashboards.
Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site activities vs. the baseline and identify potential delays early.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Daily (DPR), Weekly (WPR), and Monthly (MPR) reports.
Resource Management: Track material consumption and manpower productivity to ensure optimal site efficiency.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Up to 5 years of experience, preferably with High-Rise Residential structures.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Project.
Advanced Excel Expert (must be comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data tracking).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, assertive communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Mumbai project environment.
