Role Description
We are seeking a Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, Maharashtra. The Planning Engineer will develop project schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure timelines are met while collaborating with team members to optimize project execution. Other key tasks include resource allocation, analyzing project needs, preparing reports for stakeholders, and identifying potential risks to manage project efficiency effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills, including the ability to create and interpret Gantt charts
- Knowledge of engineering systems in Electro-mechanical, Fire Fighting, PHE, and Civil & Structural work
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in preparing detailed project reports and presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
