Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
- Monitor project progress and update weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track project milestones, identify delays, and recommend recovery plans.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, bar charts, and resource planning schedules.
- Monitor project productivity and assist in achieving project timelines.
- Analyze project performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for planning-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support project teams in planning, scheduling, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
