Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager (Construction) located in Jaipur. The Planning Manager will be responsible for end-to-end strategic scheduling, monitoring, and control of construction projects. They will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, track progress, manage resources, and ensure financial viability through budget and cost control. Additionally, the role involves preparing MIS reports, identifying project risks, and coordinating between clients, consultants, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel for scheduling and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in critical path analysis and Planned vs. Actual variance tracking
- Proven ability in resource management, including manpower, materials, and machinery planning
- Expertise in budget monitoring, cash flow projections, and cost control
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in preparing MIS reports, Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and executive dashboards
- Ability to identify project risks early and develop contingency plans to minimize timeline impact
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Post-Graduation in Construction Management (e.g., NICMAR) is strongly preferred
- 5 - 7 years of core planning experience in large-scale Infrastructure, Residential, or Industrial construction projects.
