Hiring: Planning & Estimation Engineer — Civil Infrastructure

Tender-based civil infrastructure contractors. We execute ROBs, flyovers, RUBs, roads, earthwork, and structural fabrication. Hiring a Planning & Estimation Engineer for our pre-bid and project-control function.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure tenders
- Quantity and area take-offs from GFC drawings
- Build and track project schedules; monitor progress against plan
- Prepare and cross-verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Read and interpret structural drawings independently
Requirements
- 2+ years in planning and estimation on infrastructure works
- Hands-on across ROB / flyover / RUB / roads / earthwork / structural fabrication
- AutoCAD 2018 or later — reading GFC drawings, editing, quantity and area take-off
- BBS preparation and cross-verification
- Ability to read structural drawings independently
- Diploma / B.E. Civil
Salary: ₹22,000–30,000/month + (Food and Shared accommodation)
Reports to: Project Manager / Partner
