Planning & Billing Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects
(Civil / Mechanical Background)
Qualification:
· BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
· 3–8 years in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial projects
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
· Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
· Prepare client and subcontractor billing (RA Bills)
· Verify quantities as per BOQ and executed work
· Coordinate with site, client, and subcontractor teams
· Monitor project costs, billing status, and work progress
· Maintain project documentation and MIS reports
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of Planning & Billing activities in Oil & Gas projects
· Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
· Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience:
· Pipeline, refinery, petrochemical, offshore/onshore, or industrial projects
