Job details:
- Project Schedule Development: Lead the preparation of integrated project schedules (Level 1–4) in coordination with project and functional teams.
- Planning Tools and Systems Management: Oversee deployment and usage of planning software (Primavera, MS Project, BIM tools) and ensure standardisation of practices across projects.
- Risk and Delay Analysis: Support in identifying project risks related to schedule and conducting delay impact analysis to aid contractual or internal reviews.
- Strategic Planning Support: Contribute planning insights to business proposals, tender evaluations, and long-term strategic plans of the IC.
- Mentoring and Capability Building: Train and develop planning engineers across the IC. Promote planning culture and discipline.
