Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Architect, located in Borivali. The Planning Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural planning, conceptualizing and designing structures, integrating architectural elements with functional requirements, and managing the execution of projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with design standards, and delivering projects efficiently within timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong foundation in planning and conceptualizing spaces
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to design and analyze project models using relevant tools
- Proven experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely project delivery
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and local building codes/regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture (preferred)
- Experience with commercial and residential projects is an advantage
