Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Planning and Billing / Quantity Surveying Engineer. Responsibilities include preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, managing billing processes, verifying contractor/vendor invoices, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The engineer will also assist in quantity estimation, cost analysis, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams and oversee day-to-day on-site operations effectively.
• Expertise in land surveying and civil engineering for accurate planning and execution of projects.
• Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create and modify project designs.
• Experience in conducting inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working within the construction or infrastructure development industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and advanced construction techniques is a plus.
