Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning and Billing Engineer role located in Singrauli. The Planning and Billing Engineer will prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ), verify contractor bills, and ensure accurate measurement of work executed. The role includes performing rate analysis, supporting quantity surveying activities, and maintaining up-to-date billing records and documentation. The engineer will coordinate with project teams to track progress, align planning schedules with actual execution, and support cost control and reporting. The position also involves analyzing data, identifying variances, and providing inputs for project budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess solid Billing Systems experience and Rate Analysis capabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, cost control, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and relevant planning or billing software.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
