Role Description The Planning and Billing Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bharuch district. The role involves preparing and reviewing project bills, managing billing systems, and ensuring accurate documentation for client and contractor payments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing BOQs, performing quantity surveying, conducting rate analysis, and supporting project planning and scheduling activities. The engineer will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to validate quantities, track progress against plans, and support cost control. The role also includes maintaining billing records, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
candidate must have experience of 5-7 yrs
candidate must have degree off btech and B.E
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis for construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for cost control, data review, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools for planning and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with experience in construction planning and billing.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and contractual terms used in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or industrial projects in a similar role is an advantage.
