About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team at Planful. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and expand existing client relationships - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver a seamless customer experience - Accurately forecast sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Provide valuable feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance the Planful offering - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or performance management space - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth - Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
