</div><div>The Member Services Representative - Front Desk<strong> </strong>creates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting club cleanliness. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div><div>
<br>· Greet members, guests, and prospects<br><br>
</div><div>· Handle all front desk activities<br><br>
</div><div>· Respond to member questions and concerns<br><br>
</div><div>· Answer phones promptly<br><br>
</div><div>· Check in members and update accounts<br><br>
</div><div>· Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours<br><br>
</div><div>· Assist with cleaning and organizing the club <br><br>
</div><div><strong>Qualifications and Requirements </strong></div><div>
<br>· Prior customer service experience preferred<br><br>
</div><div>· Basic computer proficiency<br><br>
</div><div>· Passionate about fitness and health<br><br>
</div><div>· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills<br><br>
</div><div>· Reliable, punctual, and professional<br><br>
</div><div>· High school diploma or GED equivalent required<br><br>
</div><div>· Must be 18 years of age or older</div><div><strong><br>Physical Demands </strong></div><div>
<br>· Remain standing or walking for extended periods<br><br>
</div><div>· Frequent communication, in-person and via phone<br><br>
</div><div>· Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.<br><br>
